If requested by our hotline, please forward a detailed written notice to:

Please have the undernoted information available when calling the Crisis Hotline to ensure the relevant experienced consultant allocated to the Insured can provide the appropriate assistance and support:-
- Policy number. If the Insured is unsure where the policy number is, please refer to the policy Schedule attached
- The Insured’s contact details including email address and landline or mobile telephone number for contact purposes
- A brief overview of the circumstances concerning the incident
